General Information
All information gathered by Elasticdesigns is to be used to Elasticdesigns only. Never will Elasticdesigns give out personal account information such as Credit Card information, Passwords, etc. All information is kept private. Elasticdesigns does not ask for Credit Card numbers directly on our website. If you have to make a payment, please contact us to discuss a secure method of payment such as Paypal.
 

Change In Prices
Elasticdesigns has the right to change it's prices at any given time without notice. Clients who have already went through the Contract phase during this change will NOT be affected.
 

Zero Tolerance
There will be a zero tolerance for spam sent to any email address or contact address referring to Elasticdesigns. All IP addresses are logged and frequently reviewed. If spam becomes an issue, IP addresses will be reported to their ISP's.
 

Final Payments & Refund Policy
If nearly the entire project has been completed and only the deposit paid, the client is entitled to pay the remainder of of the balance. If balance is not paid, all work which Elasticdesigns has completed will be suspended and taken off of the clients website. Refunds will not be given after time is put into the project. Partial refunds will only be considered depending on circumstances.

Logo Design & Custom Form Service Agreements
All payments must be made in full before any work is started on our Logo Design or Custom Form services. This is to protect the designers from fraudulent clients.

Contracts/Proposals
Elasticdesigns will put together a detailed Contact/Proposal which must be signed by the Webmaster and the Client before any work is started on the site. The contract breaks down such things as services to be rendered, payment details as well as time frames and phases throughout the entire website process.
